Tasked with building coalitions and communicating to a variety of stakeholders to build relationships, expand partner bases, provide resources to constituents and to contribute to strategies that will resolve concerns. Implementing issue-based action plans by informing, organizing, and mobilizing various community stakeholders across the precinct for improvement where needed. Representing Precinct One and the Commissioner at appropriate meetings, presentations, and community events.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner of the Ares Group. A political consulting firm focusing on progressive state and local campaigns. Oversaw multiple teams of organizers, consultants, lobbyists, union reps and volunteers to communicate policy positions to Congressional, State & County leadership. Built a large community organized structure across various houses of worship such as churches, temples, synagogues, masjids & gurudwaras to increase civic engagement across Texas. Developed & oversaw donor relationships nationwide to organize fundraisers, foundational programs & company capital. Designed and executed direct mail programs, digital ads, fundraising & tv ads for races across Texas.
Oversaw the summoning of jurors to Fort Bend County’s District, County Courts-at-Law, Justice of the Peace courts, Grand Jury summoning, and summoning for any Special Venire cases. Lead the redesign of the jury summoning system in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic taking the courts from a weekly jury call to a daily jury call to help clear the court backlog. I ensured that the Passport office was running smoothly and complied with all U.S Department of State guidelines for passport acceptance facilities.
As Public Information Officer I handled all Public Information Request received by the District Clerk's Office and was the administrator over the District Clerk’s Office’s social media accounts.

Democratic campaign in Texas's 22nd Congressional District.
Built relationships between the campaign, elected officials, political organizations, and members of the community. Acted as a public face for the campaign in the absence of the candidate. I helped to set the campaign’s policy agenda and crafted a message for that agenda to resonate with voters. I was tasked with creating campaign events in the community for the purpose of bringing new people into the campaign.

built a grassroots voter contact program by recruiting members of the African American community to participate in the campaign’s voter contact program. Recruit and train volunteers to lead canvasses, run phone banks, host organizing meetings, and to open volunteer-run campaign offices.

Managed the day-to-day operations of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party. Oversaw the 2018 Democratic Primary in Fort Bend County. I acted as liaison between the candidates participating in the primary and the Chair of the Party.
